   My skin is a bit sensitive and thin. The customer service suggested I use the round crystal or 36 needles set to 0.25. When it arrived, I tried the round crystal. It felt very good. Two days after using it, my skin was very smooth, just like when I get treatments at a salon. The customer service was very patient in answering my questions. They were professional and friendly. The experience was great.

   It's convenient and has low battery alerts. The EMS function took some getting used to, but after a few uses, it felt okay. It feels tingly. The microneedle is powerful too. The hydration results are surprisingly good.

   I have acne-prone skin and large pores. I followed the instructions the customer service sent me. I used 12 needles at 1.0mm with numbing cream, then used tranexamic acid, and then used the EMS function separately. After that, I put on a medical repair mask. The redness was gone the next day, and it healed in about three days. My skin feels much smoother.

   When I was in Korea, I saw my roommate using a device from this brand. After I came back to China, I saw a beautician using their old model to treat my acne scars. When the new model came out, I bought one right away. The price is really good. It's not that hard to use. I was afraid of pain before so I always used 36 needles. For acne, you should use 12 needles. I'll try 12 needles when my numbing cream arrives. I'll update on the results later.

   The changes after the second hydration treatment are quite clear. I'm very happy with the results. My face was a bit red right after, but it went away after using a cool repair mask. On the third day of healing, my face felt smoother and softer when I woke up. It started to feel like baby skin. The effect was even more clear after the healing period was over. I'm looking forward to seeing the results if I keep using it.

We used the microcrystal, which was quite comfortable. My skin was bright after using a face mask. Next time I'll use 12 needles with spot-removing serum. I'm looking forward to the results.
